In this two-part online workshop series, mathematics teachers will learn practical strategies to help ākonga unpack word problems and develop a mathematical vocabulary to justify and explain the reasonableness of their answers. Tātaiako and Tapasā Workshop

For Teachers New to Aotearoa, NZ.

In this interactive PLD workshop, you will be introduced to two cultural competency frameworks: Tātaiako ( for Māori learners) and Tapasā (for Pacific learners). You will learn how to be culturally responsive in your classroom practice and how to foster relationships for learning that will not only benefit Māori and Pacific learners but all learners.
